I have been teaching private lessons for the past 3 years, and take pride in my student-centered approach to education. I also work as a forest school practitioner, and volunteer with the NSYWE committee!
Aside from clarinet, I also play flute, saxophone, piano, and auxiliary clarinets (bass clarinet, Eb clarinet, etc.) I'm currently learning to play the trumpet!
I hold myself to high standards of performance and perform frequently to keep my skills sharp, from jazz to orchestral playing.

I was delighted to volunteer at two Shannex facilities located in Truro, Nova Scotia. I provided high-quality musical entertainment through solos on clarinet, flute, and tenor saxophone. I also assisted the recreation department with sing-alongs, leading the residents in hymns and holiday music. Occasionally, I provided piano accompaniment for these sing-alongs. This volunteer work unfortunately ended in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
I was one of six musicians hired to perform at Mic Mac Mall's Holiday Haven. Holiday Haven was a holiday-themed promotional event planned for multiple weekends in December 2020. I prepared and rehearsed a versatile set list, and was scheduled for five performances, each lasting for an hour. This event was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and I sadly was never able to perform.
